Return Policy

Cancellation Policy

We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. Once an order is successfully canceled, you will receive a full refund.
Please note that we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.


Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Before initiating a return, please contact us at service@wolvpower.com and provide your order number. Once your return request is approved, we will send you the return warehouse address and detailed return instructions.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process.

⚠️ Please do not send your return directly to the manufacturer.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.


Important Notes on Returns

1. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will replace it free of charge.

2. If you decide to return an item for personal reasons (non-quality related) within 30 days, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the return shipping fee will be deducted.

3. If the customer fails to pick up the package within the carrier’s specified time and the goods are destroyed, no refund will be issued. If the package is returned to our warehouse, the customer is responsible for any additional reshipping or handling fees.

4. If the customer refuses delivery and the package becomes unrecoverable, we are not liable for a refund.

5. Customized products are non-returnable. Product warranty remains available.

6. Orders exceeding $500 are non-returnable. Please test a sample before placing a bulk order. Product warranty remains available.


Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you wish to exchange the item for the same product, please email us at service@wolvpower.com for assistance.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you a confirmation email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 1 business day, and the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 1–5 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

Please check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
